Delivered to the site 90% complete, modules fit together like Legos to create a variety of configurations, making Connect Homes a great solution for just about any location.
Showcasing the Architecture
We created an identity and look and feel designed to showcase the architecture. Composed of a single typographic family, a monochromatic palette and applied with sophisticated simplicity, the expression is minimal and tasteful. Simple line drawings support a modern aesthetic and provide the brand a way to document architecture, beyond photography. Photography showcases architectural detail and craftsmanship, in natural settings and natural light.
Someday is Now
Communicating the brand’s proposition involved balancing aspiration with approachability. “Someday is now” conveys the accessibility of modern living– how Connect Homes are particularly well-suited to remote builds, building a second home, or for people who own land and are ready to build.
A New Platform, a New Audience
Seeing an opportunity to help solve the problem of housing shortages, Connect Homes now offers a Pro platform, adding multi-unit homes to its portfolio. This approach targets developers, a new audience, offering intelligently designed homes with curated options that streamline the process.
