Old and New

In a fast-growing category, MySimplePetLab (formerly ClueJay) lacked a clear brand expression to communicate its sharpened proposition. The new expression was created to be decidedly simple, using a bolder, simpler look, defined hierarchy and approachable brand voice. Now, communications are focused to convey the brand’s benefit and ease of use, credibly, with both veterinarians and consumers in mind.
